A spring and summer of support for Bayview kids

Five visits to the Bayview Foundation resulted in 69 bikes repaired and 9 bikes provided, We also handed out 23 helmets and 20 locks.

18 bikes repaired at 3 event in the first week of June

The key highlight was the work of Paul Kleeman who completed 8 challenging repairs while working alone as our Wheels for Winners representative. The event was held at Jefferson Middle school and also included Dream Bikes and the Wisconsin Bike Federation.

First-Time Stoughton Bike Rodeo A Rousing Success

We joined Dream Bikes to provide mechanical support and bike checks at a June 3rd Bike Rodeo in Stoughton. For a first time event, the organizer Mosaicos did a tremendous job promoting the event as evidenced by a great turn out. The picture is of our volunteers working on 3 of the 35 bikes we handled. We also donated 6 bikes for participants to take home.
